My philosophy on birth is rooted in the belief that every family deserves personalized care and support throughout the journey to parenthood. As a doula, I offer a range of services to support expectant parents, including prenatal education, labor support, postpartum care, and breastfeeding support. I have attended dozens of births and have experience working with a variety of different birthing preferences and situations. My approach to working with clients is one of compassion, openness, and collaboration.

Janet is such an extraordinary person to have with you during pregnancy, birth, and postpartum. Having someone that I could text with every possible question and who could provide advice and solutions was so invaluable through all stages of pregnancy and postpartum. In my most recent birth, Janet supported me leading up to my planned csection, and then was there to support my husband and new baby while I was in surgery recovery. Having her as my doula this time around was the key to having an enjoyable and stress-free birth.
